I forgot to mark this on my calendar. Last year they had some really great stuff at the food event. I even found a new restaurant on Irving Street as a result (That I still need to write a review for).
Now there's a spread. I didn't get a picture for my ongoing series on what we feed the volunteers, but I did a training last week in Newark, New Jersey and provided what the locals thought was appropriate: Dunkin' Donut holes. Yuck!
so range was good - how about the taste? I agree with Ced about the cuteness factor. Poor guy in the next picture down caught mid munch didn't fare so well.
Dear Sam and Ced: The cute people were all related to the food industry. The politicians and "small businesspeople" weren't in quite the same category.
And I was much too busy a photojournalist to be standing in line waiting for a snack so I have no idea about the taste factor, but I have a feeling it was all fab.

I hope the real purpose of the party was to meet new people, the person on the first free food photo is awfully cute.
