Baseball and Stupid Social Media

The weather was so gorgeous this afternoon that we strolled from Civic Center to AT&T ballpark in China Basin.

Along the way, we passed a trio of amusing stenciled messages on a Fifth Street sidewalk South of Market that advertised somebody's feelings about Social Media in general and Twitter in particular.

We watched the last inning of the day game between the San Francisco Giants and Colorado Rockies from the free section behind right field and saw outfielder Hunter Pence snag a fly ball right in front of us.

The Giants won 10-0 and the sunburned, tipsy crowd was overjoyed.

Like the dead bird. This has become an interesting species of graffiti.
