As the boat backed out of its berth, they surrounded us...
...bringing back inescapable memories of the Hitchcock film and Tippi Hedrin.
The boat ride, as usual, was exquisitely beautiful...
...marred only by a foolish man describing everything he was seeing over a cellphone.
I prayed for a seagull to swoop down and grab the device out of his hand, but they did not hear my pleas.
Is there no place free from the idiots yakking on their cell phones? Too bad that you had an audience - otherwise, you might have been able to knock the damn thing out of his hand and claim self defense.
